How information is used
Information is used to publish listings, enable communication, prevent unauthorized access, provide support, moderate reports and meet operational or legal requirements.
Retention and deletion
Listing and chat media are removed under the configured deletion rules. Chat text and minimal audit snapshots may be retained for marketplace continuity, moderation and administrative accountability.
Your choices
You can edit your profile, delete messages where available, hide conversations and request account deletion from your account page.
