Scope and public information
This policy applies to Maalzo accounts, listings, messages and related marketplace services. Sellers choose the listing and contact details they publish. Public listing and seller-profile information can be viewed by visitors and may be indexed by search engines.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature, Maalzo processes your name, email, phone number, profile photograph and authentication information; listing descriptions, prices, categories, breeds, locations, photographs and availability; messages, offers, reports and support requests; and preferences submitted through account or consent controls.
Information collected automatically
The service and its hosting infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, session identifiers, referral information and security logs to deliver and protect Maalzo. Optional advertising technology is not loaded through Maalzo’s consent flow unless advertising storage is accepted.
How information is used
Information is used to create and protect accounts; publish listings; operate search, profiles, chat and offers; prevent spam, fraud and unauthorized access; investigate reports; enforce the Terms; respond to support, privacy and valid legal requests; improve reliability; and display advertising when configured and permitted by consent.
Information shared with others
Public listing and seller information is shared with marketplace visitors. Messages and offers are shared with conversation participants. Hosting, storage, authentication, security, email or advertising providers may process information according to their role. Information may also be preserved or disclosed to comply with valid legal process or protect users and legal rights. Maalzo does not sell personal information as a standalone product.
Advertising and Google services
If advertising is enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads after the required consent choice. Google’s use of advertising data is governed by its own policies. Visitors can decline optional advertising storage through the Maalzo consent notice.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for account operation, marketplace continuity, backups, security, dispute resolution, moderation and legal obligations. Different records may have different retention periods. Account deletion removes or deactivates public content through the available workflow. Limited messages, reports, logs or administrative snapshots may be retained where reasonably necessary, and backup copies may take additional time to expire.
Your choices
You may update profile and listing information, manage available content, choose optional advertising storage or request account deletion. For access, correction, deletion or privacy requests not available in the account area, email support@maalzo.com from the account email. Verification may be required.
Security and children
Maalzo uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no online service guarantees absolute security. Protect your credentials and devices. Maalzo is not designed for children to conduct marketplace transactions independently; a minor should use it only with a parent or legal guardian who can lawfully enter the transaction.
