Maalzo provides listing and communication tools and is not a party to transactions between users. Users are responsible for checking listings, counterparties and applicable requirements.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use only media you are entitled to upload, protect account credentials and avoid unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing activity.
Listings and moderation
Maalzo may reject or remove content, suspend accounts and retain limited audit records when necessary to operate or moderate the platform.
Transactions
Prices, inspections, payments, collection and delivery are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Maalzo does not guarantee a listing or user.
Availability
Features may change and service interruptions may occur. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
