Acceptance and eligibility
By using Maalzo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to use the service and enter a transaction. A minor may use Maalzo only through a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the activity.
Maalzo’s marketplace role
Maalzo provides tools to publish, discover and discuss listings. It is not the owner, breeder, seller, buyer, inspector, veterinarian, payment provider, courier or agent for user-advertised items. Transactions are agreed directly between users.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and notify support about suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, create accounts to evade restrictions or misuse another user’s information.
Listing requirements
Listings must accurately describe what is available and use a suitable category, breed, location, price and current photographs. Sellers must have the right to advertise the item and use uploaded content. Update a listing when it is sold, withdrawn or no longer accurate.
Prohibited content
Do not use Maalzo for protected or illegally traded wildlife; animal fighting, cruelty or neglect; fraud, stolen items or fake payments; threats, harassment or credential theft; malware, harmful scraping, spam, duplicates or misleading keyword stuffing; or content you do not have permission to use.
Transactions and inspections
Users must confirm identity, ownership, condition, health, breed, legality, price, payment, collection and delivery. Maalzo does not guarantee a user, listing, photograph, animal condition or successful transaction. Obtain independent or veterinary advice where appropriate.
Your content
You retain ownership of submitted content. By publishing it, you grant Maalzo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute it as reasonably needed to operate, secure and promote the marketplace. You confirm you have the required rights.
Moderation and enforcement
Maalzo may review reports; reject, restrict, remove or preserve content; limit features; suspend accounts; and cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary. Moderation may not identify every problem, and published content is not an endorsement or verification.
Availability and responsibility
Features may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances outside reasonable control. Updated Terms will be published here. To the extent permitted by law, Maalzo is provided on an “as available” basis and users remain responsible for their decisions and transactions. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
